Epaminondas Koutsiaris
Dr. Koutsiaris A. Epaminondas was born in the city of Volos in 1976. He was admitted to the Medical School of the University of Ioannina after passing the Panhellenic exams. He trained initially in General Surgery and then in Urology at the Athens Anti-Cancer Hospital "Agios Savvas" from where he received the title of Surgical Urology specialty. During his residency he was a member of the governing committee of specialist urologists and a representative of Greece in the corresponding section of the European Urological Association. Alongside the specialization, he actively participated as a co-investigator physician in five international clinical studies of pharmaceutical active substances in the field of urological oncology.
